The weather is getting colder and the temperature is getting lower and lower
Langsheng Laser reminds everyone
In order to avoid unnecessary losses caused by low temperature
Affecting the normal use of the equipment
Please follow the correct operating instructions
To take professional antifreeze maintenance for your laser equipment
Laser equipment use environment
The best use environment for laser equipment
Temperature: 25±3℃
Humidity: 80±10%
Acceptable use environment for laser equipment
Temperature: 5-30℃
Humidity: 5-85%
The use environment of laser equipment in winter should not be lower than 5℃
The impact of low temperature environment on laser equipment: When laser equipment is operated or parked in an environment below 5℃, it is easy to cause the laser, external optical path lens and other parts to fail to operate normally due to low temperature, or cause the water cooling pipeline to freeze. In severe cases, it will cause deformation or rupture of the internal pipeline of the water cooling system.
If the cold water pipeline is ruptured and the machine is turned on, it may cause the coolant to overflow, resulting in damage to related core components. In order to avoid unnecessary losses, please add antifreeze to your equipment in time or take other antifreeze measures.
02 Antifreeze measures for laser equipment (water cooling)
? Antifreeze measures in winter ?
? Install air conditioning or heating facilities to keep the operating environment temperature of the laser equipment above 5°C;
? Run the chiller 24 hours a day, and the water is not easy to freeze when it is flowing;
? When the laser equipment is not used for a long time or in a power outage, be sure to drain the water in the chiller and store it in an environment above 5°C;
? When the temperature is below 5°C, add antifreeze for laser equipment to the machine in time.
? Instructions for use of antifreeze ?
? If the temperature is likely to be below 5°C, it is recommended to add special antifreeze in advance. The ratio of antifreeze to water is 3:7. If the temperature is below 0°C, special antifreeze must be added in strict accordance with the requirements;
? In extremely cold weather, please add antifreeze in time in strict accordance with the antifreeze ratio. The ratio is shown in the following table;
? When the temperature is continuously above 5°C, the antifreeze needs to be completely drained, and the chiller needs to be flushed with purified water or distilled water for multiple cycles, and then replaced with the commonly used purified water or distilled water;
?Chiller drainage method?
Step 1: Before draining, make sure to turn off all power supplies, open the drain valve behind the chiller, and drain the water in the chiller;
Step 2: Remove the water inlet and outlet pipes behind the chiller (mark them for easy reinstallation);
Step 3: Unscrew the filter element of the chiller and drain the water in the filter element;
Step 4: Connect 0.2MPA (2KG) gas to one end of the water pipe to drain the water in the laser;
Note: If you need to use an air gun to blow and drain, you need to open all interfaces (including the water inlet) in advance, and use an air gun to blow gas from the water inlet, not from the water outlet. The drainage gas pressure should not be too high, otherwise it may damage the laser. Make sure that all accumulated water is completely drained to prevent residual liquid from freezing and damaging the water cooling pipeline and components.
?Winter startup precautions ?
Step1: Ensure that the indoor temperature is between 5-35℃ before the laser equipment can be turned on and used;
Step2: Check whether the water cooling pipe is frozen. The laser equipment cannot be turned on if it is frozen;
Step3: If there is ice, please turn on the air conditioner or heating facilities, adjust the ambient temperature of the laser equipment to 5-35℃, and let it stand for more than 4 hours. The next step can be performed after the ice melts naturally. Do not use violent deicing to avoid damaging the equipment hardware;
Step4: After confirming that the laser equipment is not frozen, you need to turn on the chiller for preheating;
Step5: After the chiller circulation temperature rises to normal temperature (recommended temperature: about 25±3℃), the laser can be turned on;
Step6: After normal startup, adjust the energy to below 30%, preheat the laser for about 10 minutes, and then carry out normal production operations.
Antifreeze measures for laser equipment (air cooling)
Air-cooled laser equipment does not require the addition of antifreeze liquid, nor does it require equipment drainage and other operations. The main points to note in winter are as follows:
? Antifreeze measures in winter ?
? Install air conditioning or heating facilities to keep the operating environment temperature of the equipment above 5°C
? No special protective measures are required under daily working conditions
? When laser equipment is not used for a long time or in a power outage, it must be stored above 5°C
